Few college dining services offer campus connoisseurs more than a make-your-own-pizza night. But a student at Bowdoin College has struck a blow for epicures there.
Every Tuesday night, Simon Gerson, a chef and a senior majoring in history and sociology, serves up "Your Restaurant," a culinary experience open to anyone on the campus.
