MIT Researchers Unveil a $100 Laptop Designed to Benefit Children Worldwide
Saying they hope to bring every child in the world a computer, Massachusetts Institute of Technology researchers have unveiled a laptop that will cost around $100, run on batteries that can be recharged by turning a crank, and connect to the Internet wirelessly by piggybacking on the connection of a nearby user.
