Louisiana State U. Irked by Ranking as Top 'Party School'
Louisiana State University's latest honor is not thrilling officials there.
They are steamed that the Princeton Review's annual college guide has named the university's Baton Rouge campus the nation's No. 1 "party school."
"That whole survey process and the ranking that that organization does would be utterly laughable if it weren't for the fact that it influences people's perceptions of institutions," says Mark A. Emmert, chancellor of the campus.
