Louisiana Court Ruling Keeps Alive Donor-Intent Lawsuit Over Tulane's Merging of Colleges
The Louisiana Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday that "would-be heirs" have the right to sue an institution—in this case, Tulane University—if they believe the conditions of a donor's bequest aren't being honored.
