Loser of Patent Fight With Johns Hopkins to File for Bankruptcy
CellPro, the biotechnology company that had lost several rounds of a patent fight with the Johns Hopkins University and two giant health-care companies, announced last week that it would file for bankruptcy.
CellPro also announced that it would pay $15.6-million to Johns Hopkins and the two companies, Baxter Healthcare and Becton Dickinson & Company, to settle its remaining legal disputes over a technology
