Lobbying Group Prepares for Higher Education Act Reauthorization -- in 2003

Lobbyist Watch:

Congress won't start considering legislation to renew the Higher Education Act until 2003, but for some college lobbyists, it's not too early to start preparing.

The National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities has appointed a panel to develop recommendations for the next reauthorization. The group's first meeting will be in June.
