Lincoln U. Official Accused of Watching Hazings
Officials at Lincoln University are investigating allegations that an administrator observed violent fraternity hazings and did nothing to stop them.
The charges followed an alleged hazing incident in February that led to the hospitalization of a 21-year-old pledge and the suspension of seven Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity members.
