Lilly Endowment Seeks to Channel Young People to the Ministry
Foundation Shift:
The Lilly Endowment has nearly doubled the amount of money for a grantmaking program designed to widen the pipeline of college students aiming for careers in the ministry. A year ago, Lilly's Programs for the Theological Exploration of Vocation awarded $55.3-million to 28 universities. This year, the endowment will award $100-million.
