Liberal and Conservative Views on the Supreme Court's Role in the Election
To the Editor:
I appreciated the views and observations of the scholars and writers included in "What We'll Remember in 2050: 9 Views on Bush v. Gore" (The Review, January 5). Perhaps the most valuable insight in the compilation was Harvey J. Mansfield's observation: "I heard hardly anyone agreeing with the thesis of the person he didn't vote for in the matter of the Supreme Court."
