Letters Trove Donated to U. of Nebraska's Willa Cather Archive

The University of Nebraska at Lincoln announced today that it had received a collection of more than 350 letters by the writer Willa Cather (1873-1947), an alumna and winner of the Pulitzer Prize for fiction. According to a news release, the letters are primarily to members of her brother and his family, and give detailed accounts of her life, work, and opinions. The letters will join other materials in the university’s Willa Cather Archive, a center of research on the writer.
