N.Y. Attorney General Announces Settlement With Lender That Had Agreements With 63 Athletics Programs
Andrew M. Cuomo, New York State's attorney general, announced a settlement on Tuesday with a lender accused of deceiving thousands of students and providing financial kickbacks to some of the country's biggest athletics departments.
