Legislative Campaign Pushed by AFT

An ambitious legislative campaign was in the air last week at the annual higher-education meeting of the American Federation of Teachers, where talk of collective bargaining and old-fashioned campus organizing took a back seat to discussions of statehouse testimony and lobbying techniques.
