Legislation Can End Bias Against Career Colleges
The telegraph, telephone, and now the Internet have all demonstrated that a cohesive system operates far more effectively and beneficially than its separate parts alone. Unfortunately, that lesson seems lost on the people who determine whether students can transfer credits from one college or university to the next. While higher education is another system with many different sectors, they often seem to operate not together but in spite of each other.
