Leader Chosen for $1-Billion Gates Fund for Minority Scholarships
A leader has been picked for the $1-billion minority-scholarship fund established by Microsoft's chairman, Bill Gates.
Adalberto (Al) Andino, a former director of financial aid and scholarship programs at Wayne State University, has been named executive director of the Gates Millennium Scholars program.
