Lawmakers Encourage Colleges to Use Technology to Curtail Campus Piracy

Members of the U.S. House of Representatives quizzed college officials at a hearing last week about using technology to block illegal file sharing on their campuses — and nudged institutions that have not adopted such tactics to consider doing so.
