A California law school engages in projects both silly and serious to aid legal reform in Chile
Acting on an anonymous tip, "policeman" Victor J. Herrera bursts into a Santiago apartment with a warrant to search for stolen stereos. Once inside, he rummages through drawers, peers into boxes, and turns over papers. After an exhaustive search, he finds a small bag of marijuana but no stereos. He charges the occupant with drug possession.
