Law Schools May Get Diversity Rule
Law schools would have to demonstrate what steps they were taking to ensure that their student bodies, faculties, and staffs are racially and ethnically diverse under a revised standard approved this month by the accrediting arm of the American Bar Association.
The revision requires a stronger and clearer commitment to diversity even from law schools in states like California and Washington that have banned the consideration of race in admissions.
