Laboratories Face Crackdown in Wake of Anthrax Scare
Scientists say new rules are needed, but some fear Congress may go too far
With the country stunned by the anthrax attacks, it is not surprising that President Bush and Congress are demanding that universities tighten the security of their laboratories.
