Labor Board Sides With Faculty Union in Religious-Freedom Case
After campaigning to win recognition of their union for over a year, professors at Carroll College, in Wisconsin, scored a major victory in late August, when the National Labor Relations Board ruled that unionization would not infringe on the college's religious freedom. It was a rare win for a union drive at a private college.
