Key Republican Assures Student-Loan Bankers of a Continued Voice in Federal Policy

The top Republican on the education committee of the U.S. House of Representatives told a group of student-loan-industry officials last week that he would fight to make sure that they continued to have a voice in shaping federal student-loan policy under the new Democrat-led Congress.
