Key Figure in U. of Minnesota Academic-Fraud Scandal Pleads Guilty
The feds may be closing in at the University of Minnesota.
Jan Gangelhoff, the now-infamous assistant in the academic-advising office on the university's Twin Cities campus, has arranged a plea bargain with the U.S. Department of Justice. Neither her lawyers nor the government's are talking, but this could be the firstin a series of court actions resulting from the Gophers' academic-fraud scandal.
