Key Education Committee Staff Member Joins Lobby Group

Kevin Talley, former Republican chief of staff of the Committee on Education and the Workforce in the House of Representatives, is going back to the private sector.

Mr. Talley, who managed the committee for three years, last month joined Sagamore Associates, the federal lobbying arm of an Indiana-based law firm. Mr. Talley is executive vice president of Sagamore, which represents a dozen colleges and universities, including Baldwin-Wallace and Huntington Colleges, and Indiana, Purdue,
