Kentucky Announces College Mergers
The Kentucky Community and Technical College System has announced that it will merge three of its community colleges with nearby technical colleges.
Ashland Community and Ashland Technical Colleges will become Ashland Community and Technical College. Paducah Community and West Kentucky Technical Colleges will merge, as will Prestonsburg Community and Mayo Technical Colleges. New names have not yet been determined for the latter two new institutions.
