Kaplan U. Accuser Is Charged With Hacking
The former dean at Kaplan University who is accusing the for-profit institution of defrauding taxpayers of billions of dollars in a whistle-blower lawsuit has now been indicted on charges that he hacked into Kaplan's computer network to send harassing mass e-mail messages to students and threats to three individuals.
