Kaplan Abandons Plan to Buy Business School
Kaplan Inc. announced last month that it would make a foray into graduate business education by acquiring the Arthur D. Little School of Management, in Boston. Now the for-profit education company has backed out of the deal.
Kaplan officials said their reversal was prompted by concerns about the "regulatory environment," but declined to elaborate.
