Justice O'Connor Refuses to Block Ruling in Favor of Former Purdue Student
A U.S. Supreme Court justice this month rejected a request to block a state court's ruling that a California trade association could not sue an individual in California courts over materials he had posted on the Web while he was a college student in Indiana.
