'Junk-Bond' Status Not Fatal
To the Editor:
While "Junk-Bond Colleges" (February 7) describes some of the realities related to bond ratings, the accompanying box distorts the picture of at least one of the universities mentioned.
The box noted that Ohio Dominican University is among the colleges and universities that had been "downgraded since December 2001 to 'below investment grade' ('junk bond') status, which means that bond-rating agencies believe they have significant financial
