Judge's Ruling Offers Some Protection to Accused Song Swappers
A federal judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that Internet-service providers in her jurisdiction must notify network users, and inform them of their legal rights, before turning their names over to record-company officials who accuse them of illegal online song swapping.
