A federal judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit against Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary brought by a former professor, according to The Dallas Morning News. The professor, Sheri Klouda, was hired to teach Old Testament languages, but says she was later told she would not be given tenure at the seminary because she is a woman.
