Judge Throws Out ITT Shareholder Suit
A federal judge has dismissed a major shareholder lawsuit filed against ITT Educational Services and 10 of its current and former board members and executives, the for-profit higher-education company announced this month.
The plaintiffs have until October 14 to file an amended complaint that could allow the lawsuit to be revived, unless it too is successfully challenged by ITT.
