Judge Strikes Down Testing Service's Policy on the Disabled
A federal judge this month struck down a national testing service's policy of telling medical-residency programs when an applicant who takes a test has been given special accommodations for the disabled. Later the same week, however, a federal appeals-court judge issued an order to stay that ruling.
