Judge Stays Order Telling Web Company to Reveal Name of Anonymous Louisiana Professor
A professor who runs a Website critical of administrators at the University of Louisiana at Monroe will remain anonymous while a court ruling is being appealed.
U.S. District Judge Robert G. James has granted a stay of his previous ruling that the company that hosts the Web site, called Truth at ULM, must identify the professor.
