Judge Limits Suit by Athletes Who Were Pictured Nude
A federal judge has dismissed two Internet-service providers from a lawsuit filed by 30 former athletes at Illinois State University after photographs showing them naked were distributed over the World Wide Web. But a suit against three university administrators remains.
The athletes, primarily wrestlers and football players, say they were secretly videotaped undressing in bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers from 1993 to 1996. They accused PSINet Inc. and GTE
