Judge Issues No Rulings After Hearing Arguments in Case of Princeton Donation

Two days of oral arguments came to a close today in New Jersey Superior Court in the continuing battle between the Robertson family and Princeton University over a 1961 donation that’s now worth $750-million. The motions include whether the suit will be heard by a jury and other technical matters that will set the parameters of a trial, should there be one.
