Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Brought by Christian Fraternity Against U. of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit brought by a Christian fraternity against the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, which had previously refused to recognize the group because it bars non-Christians as members.
