Judge Allows College to Drop Lawsuit
A New York State judge has ruled that the Board of Trustees at Rockland Community College can drop a lawsuit over campus leadership that it had filed against the State University of New York System and the college's host county.
The college's board last year sued the university system, of which it is a part, and Rockland County in order to seek clarification in a battle over who had the right to name the college's president.
The board had voted last summer to extend for 18
