Job-Sharing Rises as Professors Seek Flexible Schedules
Smaller institutions push a tenure-track option
After 34 years of marriage, Emily and Norman Rosenberg share the usual things -- name, house, four children. In fact, they divvy up a lot more. Along with a growing number of their academic peers, they've extended the sharing to their careers.
