"Technofeeb" -- A professor or student -- or administrator -- who is continually at a loss when it comes to dealing with technology.

Carl Little, director of public affairs for the College of the Atlantic, explains that the term applies to the "at-times annoying guy (I'm thinking of myself here) who needs to have a personal guide for the simplest of tasks."
