Japan Recognizes U.S. and Other Foreign Universities on Its Soil
By ALAN BRENDERAfter a wait of more than 20 years, American and other foreign universities' branch campuses in Japan have finally received recognition from the education ministry.
Last month a ministry committee issued a statement saying that Japanese universities could officially accept transfer credits from foreign branch campuses in Japan and accept graduates of those universities into their advanced-degree
