Italian University Consortium Readies Satellite Ph.D. Courses
Italy's National University Consortium for Telecommunications is making final preparations to deliver courses for a pilot Ph.D. program in telecommunications to students at 20 university sites around Italy. The courses will be transmitted by satellite.
