Israel's Supreme Court Criticizes Universities
Israel's Supreme Court decided this month that it lacks the authority to review admissions policies at the country's public universities. But the three judges who heard preliminary arguments in a case involving those policies severely criticized them and said they discriminate against minority groups, such as Israeli Arabs, and the disadvantaged.
