Israeli Researcher Receives Death Threat
Shraga Segal, an immunologist and former dean of the Ben Gurion University medical school, received a fax this month signed by eight self-described animal-rights activists who threatened to booby-trap his car and to attack members of his family. Dr. Segal announced his resignation after receiving the threat, but later decided to remain in his post.
