Israel Riles Academics by Canceling Palestinian Scholar's Residence Visa
Israel's Ministry of the Interior has revoked the long-term-residence visa of a prominent Palestinian intellectual with close ties to the Israeli academic community.
If the decision, which became public late last month, is not reversed, Musa Budeiri, director of the graduate program in Israel studies at Al-Quds University, in East Jerusalem, will no longer be able to reside in Israel, or continue his teaching and research
