Involving a Campus in Urban Development

I am writing to correct an impression that the article "A Promoter of Town-Gown Cooperation Finds Development May Be Her Undoing" (June 2) may have left -- that the Connecticut College Board of Trustees is not supportive of Claire L. Gaudiani's work at the college and in New London. Nothing could be further from the truth.
