Investigation Into U. of Idaho Satellite Campus Falters as Ethical Dilemmas Surface
State and federal prosecutors in Idaho want an investigation into whether crimes were committed in the development of a University of Idaho satellite campus in Boise. But deciding who will look into it has become a hot potato.
