Nafsa: the Association of International Educators has released its fifth-annual “Internationalizing the Campus” awards. The winners are Calvin College, Elon University, the Georgia Institute of Technology, and the University of Oklahoma. Honorable mentions went to Shoreline Community College and Valparaiso University. Nafsa evaluates colleges based on how widely they have internationalized their campuses; the level of involvement of senior leadership, including their boards; the effects on students and faculty members; changes to their curricula and research; and their work off campus, including efforts abroad. —Beth McMurtrie
