International Educators Call for Visa and Immigration Changes
The United States needs more flexible visa and immigration policies if it wants to maintain its edge in the global competition for intellectual talent, according to a new report by Nafsa: Association of International Educators.
The report calls on President Obama and Congress to enact a series of changes, including expediting visa approval for frequent visitors to the United States, allowing American consulates
