BACK AGAIN: Dixie L. Lund will come out of retirement to lead Eastern Oregon University as its interim president one more time. George P. Pernsteiner, chancellor of the Oregon University system, announced his recommendation this month of the former dean and faculty member, who served as an interim president for the 2003-4 academic year.
