Institutions Plan Online Iberian U.
Eight universities in four Latin American nations and one in Spain are creating a virtual university to provide accessible, low-cost graduate studies for Spanish and Portuguese-speaking students worldwide.
The Virtual Iber-American University is tentatively scheduled to begin operating late this year, offering graduate degrees in areas including sustainable development, cultural development, the training of teachers, and Ibero-American studies, said Manuel Moreno CastaƱeda,
