Inspired by Clinton, Undergraduate Women Discuss Jumping Into Politics

Undergraduate women who gathered at a Rutgers University leadership conference said that Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, although unsuccessful, gave them hope and assurance that women have a better shot than ever at winning elected political office.

But attendees also said on Friday that they had learned some sobering lessons about uncomfortable realities of politics, like mudslinging.
